We had a fabulous 3 night stay here. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with a very ample trendy bathroom. The property has absolutely stunning views and is situated in a beautiful part of the town. The food was absolutely superb. The breakfast menu was extensive and appealed to a wide range of my family’s taste. Philippa and Brad are extremely knowledgeable and very welcoming hosts. Quite simply, faultless. Needless to say we will be returning.

We had a fantastic weeks stay in luxurious rooms on the top floor. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us, were always welcoming and asking us about our plans for each day and giving tips and advice on stuff to do. The rooms themselves were lovely with excellent beds and super clean. Breakfast was excellent every morning with a choice of cooked breakfasts, cereals, toast, fruit etc.

Outstanding property. A very high standard of accommodation and attention to detail exceptional. Philippa and Brad most welcoming and helpful. Fantastic views from the window of the estuary, short walk to main street for restaurants, strolling along the sea front, bike hire within walking distance (lovely cycle track along the estuary) and easy drive to climb Cadair Idris. A fantastic two night stay.

What an amazing B&B, hosts Brad and Philippa were absolutely lovely nothing was ever a problem for them. They were so welcoming into their fabulous B&B. The rooms were so spacious and spotless. I would definitely recommend staying here. We will be staying here next time we visit as we couldn’t ask for any more. The views from the hotel are stunning too may I add. We had such a great weekend. Thank you so much Brad & Philippa!

Philippa and Brad were wonderful hosts, they made us feel very welcome, the rooms were spotlessly clean, beds are so comfortable , the breakfast was delicious with first class service, the view was spectacular from the rooms and the breakfast table, nothing was too much trouble , definitely will be visiting them again. Beautiful place, exactly as advertised in the pictures. A very spacious and comfy room with a breath-taking view. Philippa and Brad are wonderful hosts with a great attention to detail, like the little cakes we got every evening. Every day, we got to choose a delicious breakfast, which was brought to our room to be enjoyed with the amazing view. Looking forward to coming back.
